A published listing, reachable link or staff review does not guarantee eligibility, acceptance or payment. Read the provider’s original terms and the latest recorded review information. Unknown cost, availability or eligibility information is a reason to check, not an assurance.

Cash rewards, purchase savings and noncash benefits are different. A purchase saving still requires spending; an application may not be accepted.

Protect your money and account

• Do not share passwords, one-time codes, private keys or full payment credentials.
• Avoid unexpected registration fees, deposits or payment requests. Stop and report a request that differs from the recorded conditions.
• Check the destination domain before submitting information. SideWinn tracking does not replace the provider’s own application.
• Remove sensitive information from evidence. A reviewed screenshot is not independent confirmation that a provider paid.

Understand referral links

An opportunity may use a reviewed referral link that benefits another participant. Referral sharing is optional. Links await a separate review, and members cannot approve their own submission. Points are participation records, not cash or a withdrawable balance.

Report a problem

Use Get help on a tracked opportunity for changed terms, eligibility, missing rewards, tracking problems, expiry or unexpected payment requests. Staff can investigate the listing, respond to the report and pause uncertain information. Provider account and payment disputes may also require contacting that provider.
